As the terms of our current trustees come to an end, we face 2 critical vacancies on the Homeowners Association (HOA) Board. Without volunteers stepping up to fill these roles, the HOA may have to bring in a property management company—a decision that could result in higher fees, less personal oversight, and reduced control over community decisions.
