MEET YOUR VOLUNTEER TRUSTEES
Eric Ruegg – I’ve made many lifelong friends of those who were our neighbors and will continue to do so. My goal is to help provide a safe, clean, & healthy environment to live and raise a family. Every trustee spends countless hours each month working to achieve our goals. I encourage you to volunteer to help with our countless projects. I currently am serving my fourth term as a trustee. I hold the position of President in the Association. My trustee term will expire on January 31, 2025.
Murray Hoyt – My family and I love CLW II so much that we moved from Colorado back into the same house we sold eight years ago and enjoy spending time with my wife and son. I became a trustee to continue the fiscal responsibility our current trustees have implemented and to continue to keep our neighborhood a desirable place to live in greater St. Louis. I became a trustee in February 2016 and hold the position of Treasurer in the Association. My trustee term expires January 31, 2025.
Nikki B. – I love being outside and enjoy spending time with my family. I love bringing the community together for special events in our neighborhood. My spouse and I stalked this neighborhood for quite some time in an attempt to get the perfect house – we did. Thank you for choosing me to be a trustee of our wonderful neighborhood! I’m responsible for our website, newsletters, new homeowner packets, and the Annual Egg Hunt. I became a trustee in January 2019 and currently hold the position of 2nd Vice President in the Association. My trustee term will expire on January 31, 2025.
Maggie Beckman – Maggie is beyond thrilled to join the CLWII Trustees. She has lived in the neighborhood since 2013 and loves the community. She has two small children, Ryan and Harper, and is an Instructional Coach in the Parkway School District. Maggie loves collaborating with others to ensure success at all levels. She looks forward to meeting new neighbors, hearing all voices, and continuing to advance the wonderful neighborhood. Trustee term is December 1, 2024 until November 30, 2027.
Tina Griesman – Tina, a resident since 2022, brings 25 years of accounting experience and has previously served on HOA committees at her former residence. She and her husband, John, are deeply invested in the community and have three children, two of whom are on the swim team. Tina looks forward to meeting and connecting with more neighbors! Trustee term is December 1, 2024 until November 30, 2027.
Ken Harris – Ken, his wife Annie and their children have lived in CLW2 since 2017. Some of you may have made their acquaintance while they were out walking their dog, jogging through the neighborhood, attending neighborhood swim team events, or sitting in a driveway around a fire with other neighbors. Ken enjoys spending most of his free time with his family to include coaching and attending his kid’s activities. Professionally Ken works as an innovation and process improvement consultant, as well as a co-landlord to his family’s apparent buildings (with Annie). Ken is also a retired Army Reservist of 23 years (enlisted and officer). Trustee term is December 1, 2024 until November 30, 2027.
